What is end of tenancy cleaning?
When you move out of a rented property, you’re required to have it professionally cleaned. This helps you get your deposit back from the deposit protection scheme.
Do I need to do the cleaning?
Yes. Whether you’re a tenant or landlord, the property must be professionally cleaned before handing over the keys.
Do you guarantee I will get my deposit back?
We guarantee our cleaning quality. If your landlord isn’t satisfied with the clean, we offer a free re-clean within 72 hours. We cannot guarantee your full deposit if the issue is unrelated to cleaning.
Are windows cleaned from the outside?
Standard cleaning includes internal window cleaning only. Exterior windows can be cleaned upon request as an extra service.
Do you also clean ovens?
Yes. Oven cleaning is included in the kitchen section of our end of tenancy clean.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required, but you may pay in advance if preferred. Full payment can also be made on completion.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations made with 24-hour notice are free. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 30% fee.
How long does the cleaning take?
On average, it takes about 4.8 hours. Larger properties may take a full day, but never more than one day.
Is VAT included in the price?
Currently, VAT is not charged. If this changes, our website will reflect it immediately.
What is your availability?
We offer flexible booking, including same-day services where possible. However, a few days’ notice is preferred.
Do your cleaners speak English?
All our cleaners speak English, although not all are native speakers. Communication should be clear in most cases.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price you’re quoted is the final price unless extra rooms or services are added after booking.
Is carpet cleaning included?
We offer pricing with and without carpet cleaning. Deep carpet cleaning is optional and uses professional equipment.
What if I’m not happy with the service?
If you’re unhappy or your checkout report highlights issues, we’ll return to re-clean within 72 hours, free of charge.
How do I book the service?
You can book online, call us directly, or chat with a representative on our website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, cash, phone payments, and bank transfer.
Will I get a receipt after cleaning?
Yes. A receipt is automatically emailed to you after job completion and payment.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We’re fully insured. If our cleaners accidentally cause damage, it will be covered by our insurance.
Do I need to be present during cleaning?
No. We just need access to the property. You’re welcome to stay if preferred, or return when cleaning is done to inspect the work.
Do you provide same-day cleaning services?
Yes. We offer same-day cleaning subject to availability. It’s best to contact us early in the day for urgent bookings.
Can you collect keys from the letting agent?
Yes. We can collect and return keys from your estate agent within a reasonable distance of the property.
Do you clean furnished and unfurnished properties?
We clean both furnished and unfurnished homes. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the right equipment and time estimate.
Is the cleaning team fully equipped?
Yes. Our teams come with all professional tools, detergents, and equipment needed to complete the job thoroughly.
What if my landlord has specific requirements?
Let us know any special instructions in advance. We’ll follow your landlord’s checklist to ensure everything is done to standard.
